Hi, I’m Adam, founder of Momentum Training Club. I’ve been helping busy professionals and parents get stronger, healthier, and more confident for over 10 years. Over that time, I’ve seen the same challenge again and again: most people want to exercise, but between work, family, and life, it’s hard to stay consistent.

That’s why I created Momentum. To take the guesswork out of training. Here, you don’t just get a workout, you get a coach who knows your goals, keeps you accountable, and helps you build results that actually last.

I believe fitness should give you more than just sore muscles. It should give you energy to show up at work, strength to play with your kids, and confidence to feel your best in and out of the gym.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need prior experience?

Not at all. Many of our members start after years away from exercise or even with zero gym experience. Every program is customized to your current level, so you’ll build up gradually without feeling overwhelmed.

How is this different from group fitness classes or a regular gym?

Group classes often follow a “one-size-fits-all” workout, and regular gyms leave you to figure things out alone. At Momentum, you’ll train in small semi-private sessions where your program is built specifically for you and coached every step of the way. It’s the attention of personal training with the energy of a small group.

How many times per week should I come?

Most members train 2–3 times per week. That’s enough to make real progress, while still fitting into a busy lifestyle.

Do I need to sign a long term commitment?

Nope. As a Founder's Club member, you’ll get access to special perks, but you’re not locked into a long-term contract. We want you to stay because you love the results, not because you’re stuck.

How long is the Founder's Club offer available?

Is there parking?

Yes! We're located in Henley Gardens and have a big parking lot right out front.

I travel a lot / have a busy schedule, will this still work for me?

Yes. Our sessions are flexible and efficient, and your program can adapt around your schedule. Even if you can only train 1–2 times per week while traveling, we’ll make sure it counts.

What if I struggle with motivation?

That’s exactly why we exist. You’ll have a coach who checks in, holds you accountable, and keeps you moving forward. Momentum is about removing the guesswork so you don’t have to rely on willpower alone.

Do you focus on weight loss, strength, or overall health?

We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all. Some members come to drop body fat, others want to build strength, and many want to improve energy and longevity. Your program is designed around your goals.

How soon will I start to see results?

Most people start feeling more energized and confident within the first few weeks. Physical changes like improved strength, posture, and body composition follow with consistent effort — usually noticeable in the first 6–8 weeks.
