Hi, I’m Adam, founder of Momentum Training Club. I’ve been helping busy professionals and parents get stronger, healthier, and more confident for over 10 years. Over that time, I’ve seen the same challenge again and again: most people want to exercise, but between work, family, and life, it’s hard to stay consistent.
That’s why I created Momentum. To take the guesswork out of training. Here, you don’t just get a workout, you get a coach who knows your goals, keeps you accountable, and helps you build results that actually last.

Not at all. Many of our members start after years away from exercise or even with zero gym experience. Every program is customized to your current level, so you’ll build up gradually without feeling overwhelmed.
Group classes often follow a “one-size-fits-all” workout, and regular gyms leave you to figure things out alone. At Momentum, you’ll train in small semi-private sessions where your program is built specifically for you and coached every step of the way. It’s the attention of personal training with the energy of a small group.
Most members train 2–3 times per week. That’s enough to make real progress, while still fitting into a busy lifestyle.
Nope. As a Founder's Club member, you’ll get access to special perks, but you’re not locked into a long-term contract. We want you to stay because you love the results, not because you’re stuck.

Yes. Our sessions are flexible and efficient, and your program can adapt around your schedule. Even if you can only train 1–2 times per week while traveling, we’ll make sure it counts.
